A pair of unique one-of-a-kind studs/earrings, inspired by the Scottish Thistle coupled with Light Watermelon coloured slice Tourmalines in green around the edges fading into finally a light pink in the centre. Handcrafted in oxidised Sterling Silver, pair by pair and slightly different each and every time from my atelier in Paris, France.

The Sterling Silver has been oxidised for a dark grey patina contrasted against the deliciously faint Watermelon colour. The patina will wear off a little by little over time leaving you an antique finish.

........... Healing properties of Tourmaline..........
It promotes self-confidence and diminishes fear. Tourmaline attracts inspiration, compassion, tolerance and prosperity. It balances the right-left sides of the brain. Helps treat paranoia, overcomes dyslexia and improves hand-eye coordination.

The decorative morsels were replicated from parts of an intact large old Scottish Nurses belt (the original is still intact)....I'm giving them a new story and life here as wearable jewellery, as I’m fascinated by objects with a thoughtful decorative past to recall in this contemporary world.

Approximate measurements:
• The longest (height) out of one of the pair measures at about 1.4cm x 1cm (refer to the montage pic.)
• Using only eco-friendly silver made from my atelier in Paris, France.
